Mark Pignatelli is a project manager with ICF International, a global consulting and technology services company with long-standing roots in energy-efficiency. He has deep experience in sustainable development, renewable energy, and sustainable business. He’s currently the program manager for the Mass Save Residential New Construction Program, which promotes the benefits of residential high performance new construction and renovation projects with a goal to increase energy efficiency.
