Debra Little brings a unique combination of skills to our events with her background in both residential valuation and home performance work. Debra has worked as a classroom and field instructor of appraisers, realtors, lenders, contractors, and associated professionals, and she was recently a finalist for the Innovate Northwest award for the most innovative start-up clean-tech business plan. And she’s a prize-winning mountain biker. Debra is the principal of Debra Little Sustainable Design in Grass Valley, California.
