Cassandra Fricke is the Deputy Director of the weatherization department for CEDA, the Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County. In this capacity, she manages one of the largest weatherization programs on the planet. She’s also worked as the training manager and as the manager of the Residential Energy Assistance Challenge (REACH) pilot program for CEDA. Among all these responsibilities, she recently completed a Masters in Social work.
