The Best Travel Dates
The Summer National Conference begins Monday June 27th at 9:00 am and continues through Wednesday June 29th at 4:00 pm. The Habitat X events are designed to be continuous and all-inclusive experiences, so we recommend that you attend for the entire time. When making airline reservations, we recommend that the latest you should arrive is Sunday June 26th, and the earliest you should leave is Thursday June 30th. Our best recommendation is to dedicate some extra time if you can to stay and look around this amazing part of the world.
Airport shuttle
If you plan to fly into the Bozeman Airport, you may be able to share a ride with another Habitat X participant. Click here to visit the Habitat X Ride Share Board, enter your preferred travel dates and time, and tell the group if you HAVE a car or NEED a ride.
Parking
There is plenty of free outdoor parking near the conference facility.
Opening session
The conference begins Monday June 27th. Registration will be open at 7:45 in the Talus Room of the Summit Building. The Opening Session will begin at 8:30 sharp. We’ll have coffee, tea, and juice at the registration desk, and there are plenty of nearby options beginning at 6:30 am for breakfast.
Monday hosted reception and no-host dinner
We’ll host a reception Monday night 5:30 – 7:00 nearby at The Cabin. Your family or guests are welcome for no additional cost. We’ll organize a no-host dinner afterward in the same location.
Tuesday no-host dinner
We’ll organize a no-host dinner Tuesday at 7:00 at the nearby Carabiner restaurant.
Wednesday no-host dinner
We’ll organize a no-host dinner Wednesday at 7:00 at a restaurant to be determined.
