Air and Car Travel

If you’ll be flying to Summer National, the best airport is Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). It’s 52 miles from Big Sky Resort, and one-hour drive up the Gallatin River through some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere. If you plan to spend extra days touring Montana during the conference, we recommend that you rent a car.

If you plan to fly into the Bozeman Airport, and don’t need a car, you may be able to share a ride to the conference facility with another Habitat X participant. Visit the Habitat X Ride Share Board (Doodle poll), enter your preferred travel dates and time, and tell the group if you’d like to REQUEST a ride or OFFER a ride. If you can connect with someone with a car, this will be the cheapest way to go — plus you’ll get to spend time with other attendees while driving up the beautiful Gallatin Canyon.
