Kirsten Richnavsky is the Technical Sales Representative and Logistics Coordinator at Retrotec. She’s been exposed to a wide swath of home performance industry while on the Retrotec tradeshow circuit, giving her a distinct edge when it comes to knowing the players. With a previous stint at the Building Performance Institute, she’s also well versed in the arcane details of professional training and certification. She lives in Everson, Washington.
